Turbo Tax app / computer page

Hello, I started filling my taxes on the TurboTax app on my phone. I attempted to continue it on my laptop and nothing connected over as far as amounts for my tax returns or for me paying $85.00 so it could be filed! So now when I go back to my phone app it won't let me finish, due to it stating I didn't pay yet even though I paid directly from my card. And on my computer screen it won't let me finish because it states I'm not entitled to a refund.

Were you in the same account? You might have been in a different account by mistake.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
