I tried calling that number and have been given no answers. Other than to "try again in an hour"

My funds are in the account, but it isnt letting me use them

I called the number, waited on hold for 20min, and was told they are having problems with the temporary advance card and it would take a few days. It's been 2 days since then and so far no luck.
