      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are opening your Turbo Tax from the icon, it sounds like you used the downloadable desktop version not online. It would be best to follow the instructions &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/update-products/manually-update-turbotax-windows-software-basic/L3Wf9OPaf_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;to manually update the software to resolve your issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
