      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am installing turbotax 2019 on a 64 bit machine. I am getting the error code 5641.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the following with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Uninstalled the program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. tried to delete the folders as follows C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\Database Providers&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\Update Service v4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will not delete these folders I am being told the program in in use, but this can not be correct since I have uninstalled the program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Disable/pause your anti-virus real-time protection and automatic backup software.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Reinstall TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no clear installation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
