Are you using the online version of Turbo Tax or the downloadable/CS version?

If you are using the online version, please try to clear your cookies on the browser, and then try to log back in to see if things are working as they should be.

If you are using the downloadable/CD version, check to see if there are any updates for the program, and restart your computer.

Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
Select Search in the upper-right corner and then Contact us.

After initial opening, I can’t reopen the program. This is cd version and download version. I have spent many hours already on the phone with your people. The program is seriously flawed and I can’t get any decent help!!!!!! Using a Mac as I have done for 14 years with Turbo Tax the great and wonderful with NO PREVIOUS ISSUES.
