I dont want the Premuim service benefits package charging me $39.99. I keep taking it out of my cart and it keeps showing up at the end when I'm ready to submit it.

How do I permanently take this package off? It keeps showing up in my cart. I do not want it.

It sounds like you may have added some optional features. You can take a look at the fees on your account by following the instructions below.

First sign into your account.
Go to 'My Account' in the upper right-hand corner.
Next select 'Tools'.
A pop-up window will appear and with a blue button that says 'My Fees'; click on it.
