You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7.

Last year I didn’t have a printer. I need my AGI for2018. I’ve used turbo for at least 6 years. I need to speak to a live person.

I’m 77 years old and am having trouble getting my AGI. Could you please send me a phone number to speak with a live person.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

You can get a copy of your 2018 tax return, from TurboTax it will have your AGI. Follow these steps to get a copy of your prior-year tax return.

Select Documents from the navigation when it appears.
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to choose the tax year you want and then select Download PDF.
