I am filing my state return via mail, when i view the downloaded copy it has a watermark saying " DO NOT FILE" and "FORM NOT FINAL". Where can I go to investigate this?

Which state? Not all state or IRS forms are ready to file at this time. Check the links below for form availability dates.

If you received an email that your form is now ready, log back into your account to file your return under the File tab. If you have trouble opening your account, try this:

Log into your account
Select MyTurboTax in the upper left
Under Some Things you can do, select Add state (to open up your return)
Then select File and continue with the steps

Note: State tax returns (even if forms are ready) are not accepted until after your Federal return is accepted.
