You need to be more specific - provide details. Are you using an online version of TurboTax or an installed version? Where, exactly, are you experiencing issues or are confused? Have you started a return?

You can use Turbo Tax online by visiting the website and creating an account. You can use a computer, telephone or tablet.

Start by clicking here.
Create your user name and password.
Answer the questions in the interview.
If you need help, look for the "Help" icon in the upper right corner.
Your return is not done until you get all the way to the end and click "Submit my Return".
You can log in and see if your return was accepted the next day.

You can also purchase Turbo Tax software online or in a store. If you do that, just follow the on screen instructions to install it on your computer.
