      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think what you are saying is that the miles you drive that aren't business related - personal miles - are included in Box 1 of your W-2.&amp;nbsp; If that's correct then you simple enter your W-2 as it reads, period.&amp;nbsp; You are getting a benefit of having a company car and it's being added you to your regular salary/wage.&amp;nbsp; There's no countervailing "deduction" you can take for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom Young&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
