If you purchased the TurboTax 2019 software as a download then sign onto your download account with the same User ID that you used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

have 2019 software. tried downloading to my pc from the cd.... nothing. then tried download but the exe file wouldn't complete. how do i get the software onto my pc?
