Just click on the Start for Free button for the Free edition, sign onto the account or create an account and start the interview process for your tax return - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Your question is pretty vague. We do not know what all you have done so far--if anything. Are you stuck somewhere? Or are you actually trying to e-file right now? Many forms are not ready yet, so click on Review to see if some of your forms are not yet available. And there is no hurry to file now since the IRS will not be accepting returns until the end of January. Filing now will not get you an early refund.
