correct address for 1096 & 1099

I prepared forms 1099 and 1096 and I am ready to file. The TurboTax printed instructions for filing the address is different than what is printed on form 1096 for my state. Where should I send it?

All of the following states are apparently affected by this:

California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, West Virginia. The 1096 form for 2019 has an additional address for filing - Ogden, UT 84201, which didn't exist in 2018.

Looks like a software bug. Spoke with Turbo Tax support and hopefully the issue will get to the correct people to give an answer or post a fix.
