      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not helpful at all.... The customer support asks for an email, when I say my email it can't recognize it and hangs up instantly. There is no where to go with phone support if you're having trouble getting into phone support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone service specifically asks you to "say" or "spell" your email. Typing it on a smartphone is not an option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
