TurboTax changed the name from "Home and Business" to "Self-Employed" in the online version. Running a business and "self-employed" are the same thing, tax-wise (with the exception of partnerships and corporations).

A self-employed person claims his/her income and expenses and has a net gain or loss generated on a Schedule C.
