      <description>If it was that easy to contact FTB then I would have already, this is supposed to be a site for asking questions to the community and getting feedback which is what I'm doing! I did not paper file, I e-filed like I always do and I'm aware of the way to go about checking my refund status on the FTB site; that's how I saw the message regarding taking more time to process and up to 3 months.</description>

      <description>Call this number [phone number removed] it’s the direct number to tax compliance. You might have a withholding error or identity issue that can be answered in a few questions with one of the reps. I post this number every year and many have had success using it. Be nice when you call. Good Luck.</description>
