If you purchased the 2017 TurboTax software as Mac download, you will have to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2017 Windows installation file to your download account.

The program? If you bought the Mac version you can ask for the Windows version. Or if you are on the Advantage auto renew plan you should have both in your download account.
