The license code for the software you purchased from Amazon should have been provided with the purchase. Contact Amazon.

TurboTax will not have the license codes for software not purchased directly from TurboTax.

If you downloaded TurboTax directly from an authorized retailer, your license code should be included in your order confirmation. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.

If you obtained the TurboTax CD from an authorized retailer, your license code is printed on the front of the insert in your box.

If you got an email that says something about "Digital Delivery Confirmation" then the code could in that email.

If not you will need to you need to follow the instructions at this link.
