I have been getting a BIG run around from turbotax on how to login to IDnotify. IDnotify support sends me back to turbotax support saying MAX is supported by turbotax and the can't help then turbotax support sends me back to IDnotify. turbotax MAX is a rip-off. All I want is instruction on how to log into my IDnotify account that I purchased through turbotax or my turbotax MAX payment refunded.
