      <description>&lt;P&gt;Property tax rebate?&amp;nbsp; Which state?&amp;nbsp; Did you get an actual cash rebate or did you get a reduction in your amount billed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Federal taxes..you can only claim the amount of real estate taxes that you actually paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;State.. follow the forms. They will allow you to claim any credits due.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, you would not file the "circuit breaker" tax credit the same way. You would report the W-2 as your income in the Wages and Income section on the federal side of TurboTax. Then you would go to your state taxes and find the credit there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
