How DARE you take my money before saying there are issues between chromebook OS and your product!

I have paid my dues now, you have taken all my patience and spare time and I'm pissed, okay?

So here's what we're going to do: I am going to file using This software residing on This thumb drive on This chromebook.

You are going to give me ONE short, straight-line solution so that I can. You will speak plain English For Old People, and the word "or" will not appear in your guidance instructions. You will not curse me with even one more undefined or vague reference to some other page.

I am not joking. You all had your fun, so now fix my problem.

The TurboTax desktop software can only be installed on a personal computer running either a Windows or Apple Operating System.

If your OS is not either Windows or Apple and you purchased the desktop software from TurboTax then you can request a refund using this TurboTax website - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

Or contact TurboTax support for a refund.

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

The program cannot run from a thumb drive ...it must be sent from a fully installed program.

Now if you have the return PDF on the thumb drive then you can print it & mail it. And how did you get the return tax file on the thumb drive to start with ? Where did it get completed ? And why do you need to send it from your OS ?

Did you pay for the Desktop Download program? Or the Online web version? You can use the Online version.
