to Austin8: I assume that you are inside your TT Advantage account. If that is the case, click on the Downloads tab at the top. Do you see a blue-green download button next to your TT order item? Do you see a license code listed under the item? If the answer to these questions is "no", you have the same problem I had. You'll have to call the number in your TT Advantage account ([phone number removed]) and keep saying 'agent' until you get one and tell the agent that you do not have a download button on your screen. Also see https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/re-anyone-get-their-2019-cd-yet/01/959005#M196652 and look at my reply on Monday, Nov 25 to see the description of what I said to the agent and what happened after that for a Download button to finally appear within my TT Advantage account, and what happened after I clicked on the Download button.

@xmasbaby0: Among the many suggestions from others at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/anyone-get-their-2019-cd-yet/00/956132/highlight/false/page/2 , including the suggestion from mesquitebean to try the URL you suggest, none worked. The only solution was to call the TT Advantage number and ask an agent to make the Download button available to me inside my TT Advantage account. I have since added a message at the "anyone-get-their-2019-cd-yet" URL, describing the call and what happened afterwards to get a Download button inside my TT Advantage account.
