I purchased the turbo tax intuit program to do my taxes and cannot get it to download

What type of error are you receiving?

Can you download the installation file from your download account - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Are you using a Windows or Mac computer?

It says View Download, I click that. Then gives me a Windows Download button, I click that. Then I click Run. The error message is …..error deleting run registry key for deletion

My username contains the symbol @ and the computer will not accept that!

You can not download the Desktop program to an iPad or device. You can only install it on a full Windows or Mac computer. Scroll way up to see links for the system requirements.

I ordered 2019 Turbotax software online. My credit card was charged - I have not received download instructions

Some tips, Turn off your antivirus. Use a different browser to download it like Chrome or FireFox. It doesn’t like IE11.
