I never filed my 2016. Can I still file? I was told I have up to 3 years to file taxes if I don't own anything to the IRS

To complete a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop CD/Download program and print, ink sign and MAIL in the return ...

Hello,

I cannot E-File my 2016 tax returns at this point so they have to be sent through mail. I have the state mailing address but cannot find the address to send for federal? Can you please provide this information?

Also which forms and how many need to be sent for both state and federal?
