&lt;P&gt;What tax year are you trying to work on?&amp;nbsp; Online preparation for 2018 is permanently closed, and the online software for 2019 is not yet ready.&amp;nbsp; It will be available sometime in December.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since you can't efile (efiling with&amp;nbsp; TurboTax is now closed), you'll need to file by postal mail.&amp;nbsp; If your 2018 PDF is completely finished and correct, you can print, sign, date, and mail the return according to the Filing Instructions you can print.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you need to make any changes, however, the software is needed.&amp;nbsp; If you paid for a 2018 online return and didn't finish and file in time before the shutdown, TurboTax Support should furnish you the desktop software to finish.&lt;/P&gt;
