Please explain. A W-4 is the form you fill out for your employer to indicate how much tax you want to have withheld from your paycheck.

Are you really referring to your W-2--the Wage and Tax Statement that was issued to you by your employer in January to show how much you were paid in 2018 and how much was withheld for tax and Social Security, Medicare, etc.?

If you think it is wrong, then you have to ask the employer.

You mean your W2 not W4.

You have not filed yet for 2018? You will have to buy the desktop program or get forms from the IRS.

If you think your employer made a mistake then take it up with your employer.

You are probably comparing the wrong numbers. If you had a transportation benefit or you had tax deferred money taken out for a 401k or health benefit for example that number will be different then the amount on your last paystub.
