&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Important:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-data-file/help/how-do-i-back-up-my-tax-file-in-the-turbotax-cd-download-software/00/26230" target="_blank"&gt;Back up your tax data file&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;before proceeding (preferably to a removable device, such as a thumb drive). There is a chance that the solution may corrupt or lose your tax data file.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9708107" target="_blank"&gt;Check Microsoft Easy Fix&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
