We cannot see your screen or your return. Did you enter the W2G in the right place? Not the same place where you enter a W-2 from an employer?

To enter the W-2G or other documents For your Gambling winnings--Go to Federal>Wages & Income>Less Common Income>Gambling Winnings

You can enter your winnings, and then keep clicking through the interview to enter gambling losses.

Is there a State/Payer’s state identification number with an amount of State winnings but no State Income Tax Withheld on the Form W-2G? If so, remove the State Payer number and the State amount of winnings.
