Payment screen doesn't work right

When I was on the payment screen, I wanted to hit Place Order, but it was below the bottom of my screen and the window would not scroll down. Needs to be fixed. I already had my screen resolution set to high in my Settings Display option. There needs to be a working scroll down feature on all windows including that one.

Check your ZOOM setting in the browser settings ... or change browsers.

Try going into your display setting and adjust the screen resolution.
