Verification codes are not sent to you from the user forum. If the code is timing out on you--you have to keep a second "tab" or "window" open for your email so you can see the code while you type it in to the TT screen.

As Xmasbaby0 notes above you cannot leave the Turbotax page to get your email. Try signing out on both tabs and clearing your browser/cache. Then sign back in to both TurboTax and your email in different tabs and go through the filing steps again.
