Completed 2019 returns using turbo tax and I chose to sent my returns by mail. Can change my decision and file electronically by turbo tax?

Yes, you can change to e-file. By the way, it is not a 2019 tax return. It is your 2018 tax return. You will file a 2019 tax return next year in 2020.

I checked after filling out my 2019 1099 tax form and checked that I would like to send my 1099 via US mail. I have changed my mind and would like to file my 2019 Fed tax. Can I do that?
