      <title>Tax Year Prior to 2020: error code 2329</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I need to do my taxes today (I filed for an extension, using Turbo Tax&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Now when I try to reload my return, it wants to update TurboTax, but is unable to do it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have removed my Avast virus protextion software, but it didn't help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I tried everything to get the program to load nothing worked.&amp;nbsp; I finally tried the laptop that I used last year to do my taxes on, it hadn't been updated in a year, the program loaded without a problem.&amp;nbsp; So its some update that took place within the past year that is the problem.&amp;nbsp; I know this info may not help, but at least it will give you somewhere to start looking maybe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem when trying to install Turbo Tax on my Laptop which was updated several times during the year and I couldn't get it to install completely. Switched to my desk top with a new hard drive operating with MS 10 and the Turbo Tax installed without a hitch, so I'm presuming that something that was either updated or installed on my laptop sometime over the past year affected something in the Turbo Tax software package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like a problem with your Windows 10 operating system. It may need to be updated.You can try the following:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Open the&lt;STRONG&gt; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; menu&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Go to&lt;STRONG&gt; Update&amp;amp;Security&amp;gt;Windows Update&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3. Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Check for Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;, the update will occur automatically&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;4. Restart your computer when the update&amp;nbsp;is complete&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You may need to uninstall and reinstall TurboTax if it still won't work.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, you can try clearing your cache as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
