Hi,

Can i use turbotax deluxe 2018 to file 2019 return and also which version i have to use if i want file taxes for other people.

Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program so you cannot use the 2018 software for a 2019 tax return. You will need to purchase the 2019 TurboTax software for a 2019 tax return. The 2019 desktop editions should be available in mid-November 2019.

You can use any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions to file as many tax returns as needed without further charge after initial software purchase. The TurboTax software can be installed on any or all computers that you own. You cannot charge for completing other tax returns as that would violate the TurboTax Software License you agreed to when installing the purchased software.

The TurboTax desktop editions come with 5 free federal return e-files (Number of e-files set by IRS rules). After the 5 federal e-files are used any further tax returns can only be printed and mailed.

What do you mean that you are a "new student at HRBloks" ? If you mean you want to purchase TurboRax software with the idea of making money preparing tax returns for other people, you cannot use TurboTax. TurboTax is not allowed to be used by anyone seeking to be paid for tax preparation. That would violate the terms of service.
