No one on the user forum can see your account or the fees you are being charged. You are posting from online Self-Employed, which is $119.99, and if you prepared a state return another $44.99. If you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, it is an additional refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) to have the third party bank remove the fees from your refund and send you the rest.
