Suddenly kicked out of TurboTax Online constantly right after logged in (esp at Print page)

I was using Firefox for TurboTax online the past week until 5 minutes ago. When I tried to get into Print Center to download my draft, I was kicked out of the page. I tried several log-ins and it happened exactly the same. I then switch to try on Safari, I now cannot do anything after a minute logged in as I was constantly logged out to the Log-In page.

Another note: When I went to Documents page and tried to download 2018 Tax Document, the page showed developer page, error.

Please HELP ASAP as I need to review my tax, verify question and file tax. Thank you!

One question: Have you already made payment for your TurboTax 2018 program? In TurboTax Online, you must pay first in order to review or print your tax return. See the instructions below for making payment before filing.
