Trying to complete e-file

Done with my 2018 federal and state returns. Trying to e-file and system keeps looping me back to an item that is complete and will not finish the e-file process. System has taken payment but won't send the returns.

What does it keep looping you back to ? And are you using the downloaded or online program ?

Using the downloaded program. It is looping me back to a specific line on one of the forms that I have studied and am sure is correct.

Which form? Exactly where? Is it on a personal return or a Business return?

It is a line on Form 1065 where I input data from a K1 for a private investment. It's a personal return.
