      <description>&lt;P&gt;You were using desktop software to prepare a 2018 return?&amp;nbsp; The CD is not where the tax return file&amp;nbsp; is stored.&amp;nbsp; The tax file is saved on your own hard drive.&amp;nbsp; You did save it, right?&amp;nbsp; And if you still have the program installed on your computer, it should not even matter at this point if you cannot find the CD.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, because unfortunately the program cannot be copied and moved from one computer to another. Since you lost the original CD you can contact TurboTax customer support who will be able to send you a installation file to download to your new computer.
