I canceled the subscription but my account is not closed. I want all my account info deleted and their system does not allow me to do that.

Your online account cannot be deleted if you have filed any returns ever ... IRS rules. Besides when you used the downloaded version only you have copies of what you filed ... TT doesn't keep any tax return records.
