This is the public user forum. No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you. You have to access TurboTax by way of the affiliated partner in order to get the partner discount. (At this late date, that offer may have expired.) You can make your request with Customer Support. Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”

.....annnnd, irrespective of whether you were attempting to buy desktop or Online, read the offer again, the discount is "up to" $20 off

Deluxe $10 off

Premiere $15 off

SE (or H&B) $20 off

......but if you really think you didn't get it, we are other users and we have no access to any accounts....you need to call Customer Support on weekdays during their working hours,as noted by xmasbaby above, and see what they will or will-not do:

Here are Fidelity Prices Desktop CD/Download and Online. To use Online and get the discount you have to log in though Fidelity each time and file from it. See,
