TurboTax Subscription Download Option

How do I get my subscription to TurboTax to just give me a download instead of a CD. I don't want the CD, I just want the download of the program.

To change your Advantage subscription use the procedure in this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/how-do-i-update-or-confirm-the-info-in-my-turbotax-advantage-account/01/25883

As an Advantage subscriber even if you order a CD you also receive a free desktop installation file in your download account. Just sign onto your download account using your Advantage User ID - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

I did not receive my CD for this years (2020) taxes. I did get an email telling me the date expired n my credit card, however I sent an email by return giving you the new date. If you still need the expiration date, please email me or call at [phone number removed]. I need the the CD or a download ASAP. I will need the same program as last year. Please advise my status. Thank you.
