What problem are you having? Did you pay for the online web version or buy the Desktop CD/Download program? Please post some questions with details.

No one can see your screen or your tax return, or access your account. We need to understand your problem in order to help. Please explain "not able to do my taxes." That is too vague. What are you stuck on? Are you using the online software or did you download the desktop software (or install desktop from a CD)? What have you done so far?
