Non resident return

I filed a Federal and California (540) return last year, now I want to file CA non-resident (540NR) return. I used last years data as a starting point. I found the 540NR but Turbotax is not allowing me to fill it out.
What did I do wrong?

Might wanna check what form to use. If you moved out of CA in 2017, then more than likely you would be filing a part-year resident return. Not a non-resident return.
