topic AL State Tax Product Cannot Handle More Than 15 W2G Electronic Entries in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

The TurboTax Alabama (AL) state product (download version) forces me to file my AL return in paper because I have more than 15 W2Gs (W2s for gambling). The TurboTax Federal product (download version) has no such limitation. How can I get the Intuit software development team to update the AL product to accept all the W2G entries from the Federal product so that I can file electronically with AL? Filing in paper is painful. It has been 6 months since I filed my return and I'm still waiting for my refund with no end in sight. Note that this is a re-do of a previous post where I neglected to specify that I'm talking about W2Gs rather than just plain W2s.

The simple answer is you have absolutely no control over the development team (nor does virtually anyone else).

You can voice your complaints and/or suggestions but, ultimately, the company is going to direct resources where they will benefit the most customers - and they have a lot on their plate.

Understand. I'm just looking for the proper avenue for submitting a software change request. Maybe this is it. Does anyone in the community know of any commercial tax product that does not limit the number of W2Gs to such a small number?
