The second link above is for TurboTax Full Service, a new service upgrade for TurboTax Live where the CPA/EA tax expert actually prepares the return after you turn everything over to them.

Regular TurboTax Live is a bit different from Full Service. In TurboTax Live you prepare the return but can ask questions of a CPA/EA during preparation, and they will review your return prior to filing.

You can still ask questions of TurboTax Support (see first link in comment above) even if you don't purchase one of those products, as long as you are in a paid edition (PLUS or higher).
