I need to download my .tax file from 2017. It said I needed to purchase TurboTax Deluxe. I did this and I am still unable to download the file.

Sorry you needed to pay for 2018 online Plus or higher in the same online account. Buying the Desktop program won't unlock it. Call in and ask them to unlock it since you bought the Desktop program.

That is completely **bleep**ed up. The instructions specifically said to download the TurboTax for the year in which the .tax data was needed. What a bunch of **bleep**ing leeches.
