topic Federal / State e-filing go together?? in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I attempted to e-file both federal and state returns, paying $29.99 for state e-filing. I later learned that the federal e-file could not be completed, so I have to print and mail. Does my state e-file that I paid for still go? Or do I have to print and sent the state return also? If so, how do I get credit for the 29.99?
