What AGI issues with your state are you referring to? If you do not successfully e-file your federal return you cannot e-file your state return. If you mail the federal return then you also have to mail the state (to separate addresses!).

Or do you have some other AGI issue that you could explain to us?

What kind of option? Are you asking about an option such as Audit Defense or MAX?
