    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wild guess--you mean you needed your 2017 AGI and you got a transcript from the IRS showing that amount?&amp;nbsp; But it still won't e-file successfully?&amp;nbsp; If you filed your 2017 return late or amended, then even if the AGI is on your transcript it might not be in the system, so you still will not be able to e-file.&amp;nbsp; If it is rejected using the AGI on your transcript, try using zero.&amp;nbsp; If zero does not work either, then print it, sign it and mail it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.&amp;nbsp; Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
