IRS Form 8941, Credit for Small Employer Health Insurance Premiums instructions - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i8941.pdf

Eligible small employers (defined below) use Form 8941 to figure the credit for small employer health insurance premiums for tax years beginning after 2009. For tax years beginning after 2013, the credit is only available for a 2-consecutive-tax-year credit period.

Using TurboTax enter 8941 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 8941

Thanks for replying. When I enter 8941 in the search box, Jump to 8941 does not appear.

If you are unable to get the Search function to display the Jump to link for the Form 8941, then try this procedure -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen

Click on Tools

Click on Topic Search

Type in 8941

Highlight the result and click on GO
