    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my account was closed for an unknown reason. As such, none of my log in info works. So, I cannot use the "contact us" online as you require a log in. I cannot use the phone automated system because it no longer recognizes my log in info. I tweeted to you and was instructed to Log In. I CAN"T!!!! I created this username so I can ask a question. Would you PLEASE have a human being call me so I can get my old account back???? I cannot get through ANY of your robot systems. I have been a long time customer and this is extremely frustrating and irritating!! PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
